The Awang (Always Air) single-person oxygen chamber, with "Awang" meaning "pure air," aims to provide people with a fresh and pure breathing environment, allowing both body and mind to be in a "pure and oxygen-rich" environment. The chamber's body and internal layout feature soft, curved lines, providing a sense of beauty and centripetal force. The chamber is equipped with a massage chair, allowing for a comfortable and relaxed oxygen therapy experience, effectively alleviating the stress and fatigue from work, enabling the body to relax effectively.

The special selection of chamber materials serves to insulate and reduce heat loss, further lowering the equipment's energy consumption, making the oxygen chamber more environmentally friendly overall. Its modular structure can be disassembled for step-by-step on-site assembly, meeting the entrance size requirements of most venues. The equipment chamber and main chamber are designed as an integrated unit for easy transport and fixation. The chamber provides diffusion-type oxygen supply, increasing the overall oxygen concentration indoors for the benefit of activities within the chamber. The chamber features self-pressurization and constant pressure design, with automatic venting during overpressure, significantly reducing the operational difficulty for users. Safety Precautions

2.1. Only trained personnel may operate and maintain this product.

2.2. Personnel entering the chamber should avoid wearing clothing that may generate static sparks, such as synthetic fibers, and should wear cotton or anti-static fabrics.

2.3. Patients with contraindications for high-pressure oxygen and those with claustrophobia are not allowed to enter the chamber.

2.4. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to bring flammable or explosive items into the chamber (such as red phosphorus, rosin, grease, alcohol, gasoline, ether, etc.).

2.5. No ignition sources are allowed inside the chamber, and smoking is prohibited.

2.6. The sensors of the oxygen concentration detector must be replaced regularly as required.

2.7. Strictly control the oxygen concentration to be within 23%. If the oxygen concentration increases too quickly, the cause should be identified and addressed promptly. If it exceeds 23%, the chamber should be stopped immediately for maintenance, and it can only be used again after passing inspection.

2.8. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the equipment chamber.

Principle and Effect

The oil-free vortex air compressor delivers compressed air to the chamber through pressurized pipelines at a certain flow rate, gradually pressurizing the chamber. The oxygen generator delivers oxygen to the chamber through oxygen delivery pipelines at a certain flow rate, appropriately increasing the oxygen concentration. The pressurization and depressurization pipelines in the chamber are equipped with solenoid valves, which can be controlled via a touch screen. The chamber is equipped with sensors for pressure, temperature, etc., with parameters displayed in real-time on the PLC control display screen. When personnel enter the chamber, the pressurization and oxygenation allow them to inhale high-concentration oxygen, increasing the partial pressure of oxygen in the blood and enhancing the physical dissolution of oxygen in the blood. This forces the body to obtain oxygen, which, after binding with the hemoglobin in the blood, can repair damaged cells, improve microcirculation, enhance immune function, and combat aging.

The micro-pressure oxygen chamber integrates "oxygen pressure" to create a healthy microcirculation, increasing the partial pressure of blood oxygen, blood oxygen content, enhancing blood oxygen penetration, and diffusion distance, compressing and dissolving waste gases in the body, achieving the effects of improving tissue and cell hypoxia, promoting microcirculation, enhancing cell vitality, and regulating the body's immunity, thus achieving the purposes of disease prevention, health recovery, wellness, and beauty.

Chamber panel material: 2.5mm thick Q345b low-carbon alloy steel plate; frame: 5mm thick Q345b low-carbon alloy steel square tube; 10mm sound-absorbing and noise-reducing material inside the chamber, with the outer shell made of vacuum-formed material, possessing good heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, electrical performance, flame retardancy, and impact resistance.

Installation and Operation

Start Operation

Upon receiving the product, open the packaging box, tear off the waterproof film, and check whether the casters operate smoothly.

Installation Process

Fix the product in a suitable position, generally, the orientation of the oxygen chamber equipment room should be near doors and windows where ventilation is good.

Connect the main power line of the equipment chamber to the power supply;

Operation Steps Description

1. Preparation to Enter the Chamber

Open the chamber door, click "Enter System" on the operation display screen, enter the Password: 1234; click "Chamber Lighting", select and click the running time 1H, 2H, 3H, or 4H, the device will start automatically, or set a custom time, click "Confirm", then the device enters intelligent operation mode, and the running time starts counting.

Preparation for Entering the Chamber

2. Chamber Door Sealing

Close the sliding door, gently press the four corners of the chamber door, and the chamber will be in an automatic pressurization and oxygenation state;

3. Oxygen Therapy

Nasal Inhalation: Add purified water to the humidifier, hang the headset-style oxygen tube around the neck, place the nasal inhalation tube under the nostrils, inhale oxygen fully, and use a comfortable massage chair to relax the tense and fatigued body;

Diffusion: Open the diffusion port to release oxygen into the chamber.

4. Exiting the Chamber

After the display screen shows that the running time has ended, the oxygen chamber will be in an automatic depressurization state, and the chamber door can be opened to exit. In case of an emergency requiring quick exit, operate the manual emergency depressurization valve inside the chamber to quickly depressurize (≤2min).

Maintenance and Care

1. Regularly wipe the floor, seats, and other items in the chamber to keep them clean.

2. The oxygen humidifier should have its water changed regularly with purified or sterile water (recommended to use Wahaha purified water).

3. The sealing ring of the chamber door should be replaced in a timely manner if it becomes hard due to prolonged use.

4. Check the usage of the pressure-resistant chamber door (if aging silver lines are found, it should be replaced in a timely manner).

Transportation and Storage

1. The oxygen chamber product is packaged in a box and marked with measures against sun exposure, rain, and vibration.

2. The packaging box includes the following documents: a) Product qualification certificate, warranty card; b) Product user manual;

3. The oxygen chamber product should be protected from inversion, collision, and rain during transportation.

4. The oxygen chamber should be stored in a well-ventilated indoor area with relative humidity not exceeding 75% and free from corrosive gases.
